Hey there! We’re thrilled to finally share what we’ve been working on for the past 10 months.
Pretty Good is a new kind of software platform built specifically for small wineries — and after many sessions with winery owners and industry pros, and prototyping our ideas, we’re ready to start bringing our first alpha customers on board.
The journey so far
Last year, we started with a question: is it possible to create a single stop product supports all of a small wineries needs while keeping it affordable?
What we heard over and over was frustration with existing tools:
- Onboarding that takes weeks (or months!) with consultants and complicated setups
- Pricing that nobody understands until the invoice shows up
- Basic features locked behind expensive add-on modules
- Having to duct-tape together 5 different software products just to run your business
- Websites that look dated and don’t show up in Google searches
So we built something different. Everything you need in one place, with transparent pricing, that you can use without a complicated sales and onboarding process.
What we’re building
Pretty Good brings together everything a small winery needs:
- Hosted Website — Your branded online store and wine club portal
- POS — Simple point-of-sale for tasting rooms (online-only initially)
- Wine Clubs — Flexible tiers, swaps, and add-ons
- Inventory — Track bottles, cases, lots, vintages, and allocations
- Compliance — State rules, age gates, and automated taxes
- CRM + SMS — Customer history, segmentation, and messaging
All in one calm, unified interface. No plugins, no integrations, no complexity.

- Marketing sites + online sales, done differently — A single site that sells wine, signs up club members, and manages allocations — no plug‑ins or duct tape.
- Customer list management — Tags, segments, and filters you’ll actually use. Create rules, capture SMS/email consent, and target by purchase behavior.
- Order fulfillment — Simple pick/pack, inventory updates, and clear shipping statuses. Label printing and address validation are coming.
- One calm interface — A behind‑the‑scenes look at how we reduce clicks and noise so teams can focus on guests.
